Ognivo enables secure and rapid on-line communication between the banks and other entities authorized to receive information covered by banking secrecy. It greatly streamlines the handling of queries and complaints addressed to the banks, which had previously been processed using paper documents. Thanks to Ognivo the exchange of information between the participants of the service is less expensive and more efficient

Ognivo is the only solution on the market that enables secure and rapid exchange of information between the participants of the Elixir and Euro Elixir clearing systems and the institutions co-operating with the banks, such as: the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS), Poczta Polska – the Polish public postal service, tax offices, customs chambers, administrative enforcement authorities, bailiffs.

The on-line Ognivo application consists of dedicated modules, each of which responds to the specific needs of banks and the institutions co-operating with them. Ognivo greatly streamlines communication, particularly with regard to queries and complaints. Thanks to the service, the exchange of information between the participants is performed more efficiently and at a lower cost.

KIR, as the Ognivo system operator, provides the participants with a trusted communications platform. The Clearing House plays the same role in the exchange of information as the post office, where the correspondence between the bank and the client is exchanged in paper form. KIR does not have access to the data of the persons to whom the query relates or to information about bank accounts.
